Real Time Telecom B.V. is a specialized telecom infrastructure company based in the Netherlands, founded in 2023. We design, build, and operate carrier-grade IMS and voice infrastructure for operators, MVNOs, and enterprises — and we partner with specialists to deliver the full mobile core and a complete platform around it.
We help communication service providers, MVNOs, and enterprises build and operate telecom infrastructure that performs at carrier scale. Our work spans three areas:
Build — We architect and build carrier-grade IMS, voice, messaging, and charging platforms. We own our technology end to end — from the open-source SIP foundation up to the carrier-grade layer on top.
Operate — We run production telecom infrastructure, including live voice platforms for operators and MVNOs — delivered as managed services or as fully transferable, self-contained deployments you own and run yourself.
Consult — With 15+ years of hands-on telecom engineering, we advise on architecture, vendor selection, carrier interconnect, and regulatory compliance, and take on fractional CTO roles for operators looking to modernize.
We own the full stack. Most voice platforms are built on someone else’s core — Kamailio, OpenSIPS, or a closed vendor stack. Ours isn’t. The foundation our IMS runs on is our own, open-source and fully in our control, with a proprietary carrier-grade layer on top. No black boxes in your voice core.
Proven in production. Our founder previously built two carrier-grade voice and SMS platforms from scratch, carrying live traffic across multiple European countries. That same engineering standard — deep protocol expertise, production-grade reliability, clean architecture — goes into everything we deliver today.
Open by default. Our IMS core, SIPhon, is open-source and MIT-licensed. Operators can inspect exactly what runs in their network and verify our engineering for themselves.
We operate as a lean, specialized team focused on high-impact telecom infrastructure. We work as a managed-platform provider — deploying and operating the infrastructure for you — as well as consultants and fractional CTOs for architecture, implementation support, and modernization, and as custom developers building purpose-built telecom systems to your requirements.
